Step 1: Activate
- Scan the QR code in the quick start guide on the page that says "Confirm your Connection". Or go to www.cosmotogether.com/activate
- Once on the page, tap the Activate button.
- Scan QR code on the back of your watch or or type in the IMEI number.
- Enter your email address, then pick the Membership you'd like.
- Enter your payment info and complete the purchase.
- Tap "Activate Now" to activate your newly purchased membership.
- Allow a minute for the plan to activate. You'll then see the watch's assigned phone number. Save this as you'll need it during pairing.
Step 2: Download the App
- Search the app store for COSMO: Mission Control and download it.
- Once it's downloaded, tap "Create account" to create a COSMO: Mission Control account.
- Check your inbox to confirm the email you used to create your account.
Step 3: Pairing
- After you've confirmed your email, tap "Add Device".
- Power on your device by holding the On/Off button. The watch will check for data and perform any necessary updates. (The watch may restart). Once the updates are complete and the watch has a data connection, you will be shown a QR code on the watch screen.
- Once you've filled out the info for your child's profile in the app, tap next to open the scanner. Scan the QR code on the watch's screen.
- An 8 digit code will appear on the watch screen. Please allow 30 seconds for this. If it still does not show up, restart the watch by holding down the power button until you see the option to restart appear and then try scanning the QR code again.
- Enter the 8-Digit Code displayed on the watch, then tap next. (Code is case sensitive)
- You're all set! It may up to 24 hours for data to be fully activated.
- Tap "Start Using" to jump into the app!
- Note: Save the device to your contacts for easier and faster calling.
