Stopwatch
The stopwatch on the JrTrack is found on the second screen of apps.
Timer
The timer feature on JrTrack is also found on the second screen of apps. After opening the app, simply set the desired countdown time by swiping up on the dials for minutes and seconds.
Alarms
Alarms are set in the Mission Control parent app. To set an alarm/reminder, tap on the main menu. Go to the Activity center, then alarms. Tap the plus button to create the alarm/reminder.
