I can't activate my JrTrack

Step 1: Please review all the steps for activation and make sure you did not miss any potential steps, such as the following: 

  • Have you activated your COSMO Membership? 

  • Is the 8-digit pairing code not showing up? 

    • If so, simply hold down the On/Off button for 3 seconds, Tap "Restart" and then try pairing again.


Step 2: Sometimes, your cellular service can take a bit longer to activate once you purchase your COSMO Membership. Please provide up to 24-hours and restart the watch before retrying the activation process.


Step 3: If, after these steps, you are still unable to activate your JrTrack device, please reach out to Customer Service immediately. You can call the support team at +1 (877) 215 - 4741 or email with a support agent on our support page.
